We all have seen trailer houses or mobile homes where the most defining characteristic about them is their use of cheap skirting, right? Many of these residences use vinyl, metal, or wood skirting; although wood skirting for mobile homes is probably the most prolific.
Why wood is such a common skirting method since we all know that it rots?
Rotting, however, isn’t the only issue. Because of the close proximity to the ground, moisture affects paint and stains. So, why is it widely used as a skirting product?
Image of wood skirting for mobile homes.
Price. Wood is pretty cheap. People are always looking for cheap mobile home skirting. In fact, one of the most common searches in the search engines related to skirting is, “cheap mobile home skirting.”
Is Wood Skirting Really So Cheap?
To define cheap mobile home skirting we must include overall cost and quality. You must consider things like:
How long the skirting will last?
What repairs will you have to make?
How much damage could be done to the home?
Will there be health issues?
Wait? Health issues?
Yes, health issues. Wood skirting absorbs moisture and wicks it upwards into your home. This causes a life bed for mold spores to grow. Mold can cause serious health issues and you may not even realize why you are feeling sick.
Do You Still Believe Wood Skirting Is Great?
The most common statement I hear is, “wood skirting will get us by until we can afford something better.” Really? I have seen many homes with wood skirting that has caused thousands of damage. Can you afford to replace rotten joists, insulation, crossover ducts, and water lines? This can exceed $20,000.
This is why I believe wood skirting for mobile homes is not cheap or wise. That’s why we use concrete. I believe concrete/cement skirting is of greater value, will avoid many of these problems, and can help to prevent mold-related health issues. Here are some other ways Duraskirt™ is the mobile home skirting solution for you.
Has an SDG protection in place of the fabric and has a plastic insert
Duraskirt™ has a waterproof additive to the concrete mixture that should make the product last around 100 years.
Duraskirt™ & SDG™ resist freezing and thawing weather conditions, so it is made for the exterior of your home in all climates
Cutting edge concrete technology allows much higher strengths also extending durable life more than 60+ years beyond the average 40+ years most other concrete is expected to resist surface breakdown. that’s more than 100+ years of expected surface durability. No other skirting product comes close.

So, What Are The PENETRON™ Advantages?
PENETRON™ is a crystalline technology that enhances the overall performance and lifespan of concrete. Indeed, its primary intention is to waterproof concrete. Even so, the benefits keep adding up:
Resists high hydrostatic pressure
Provides self-healing capabilities for cracks up to 0.5 mm
Enhances the compressive strength of concrete
Non-toxic and contains no VOCs (NSF 61-certified for potable water applications)
Resists chemical attacks (pH3–11)
Significantly reduces chloride penetration and carbonation
Effectively counters alkali silica reaction (ASR)
Prevents corrosion of reinforcement steel
Not a vapor barrier; allows concrete to breathe
Protects against sulfate attack
Exceeds requirements of ASTM C494-S (Specific Performance Admixtures)
Provides a fully waterproof and permanently dry concrete structure
Preventing Water Permeability
A key characteristic influencing concrete durability is permeability by water, carbon dioxide, chloride, sulfates and other potentially harmful substances. PENETRON™ ADMIX enhances concrete by increasing durability, reducing the ingress of harmful substances, and by improving many aspects of concrete performance by the following benefits:
More Notable Benefits:
Increases durability and lifespan of concrete by 60 years or more (the PENETRON™ ADMIX-treated concrete added up to 60 years or more to the service life of conventional concrete before the onset of corrosion)
Increases durability and lifespan of concrete by 60 years or more
Increases compressive strength by 13%
Concrete self-heals new cracks (PENETRON™ ADMIX is a hydrophilic product that reacts with moisture and concrete minerals to form crystals in cracks and voids. This gives concrete a permanent self-healing capability. Whenever new moisture enters, PENETRON™ ADMIX develops new crystal formations that seal newly formed micro-cracks).
Acid Resistance (When under acid attack, some projects face potential dissolution of the concrete matrix and a subsequent loss of structural integrity. PENETRON™ ADMIX offers protection against chemical attack (pH 3-11) and is the preferred and widely used solution for wastewater treatment plants).
In cold climates, freeze-thaw cycles are a major factor in the deterioration of exposed concrete structures (bridges, roads, etc.). Water inside the concrete expands when it freezes, causing internal pressure; this leads to cracking, and the following thaw allows water to penetrate deeper into the newly formed cracks, then expanding again and causing further damage as the cycle repeats itself. Tests of PENETRON™ ADMIX-treated concrete show a 90% reduction in length changes due to freeze-thaw cycles
Increases compressive strength by 13%
Eliminates the need for any surface-applied protection systems
Corrosion resistant. Corrosion is an electrochemical process that occurs with a difference in electrical potential of steel and the surrounding cement matrix. Chloride-induced corrosion of steel is one of the most important aspects of concrete durability. Concrete dosed with PENETRON™ ADMIX ensures huge reductions in rapid chloride permeability test (RCPT) values (as per ASTM C-1202 and AASHTO T-277 tests) by reducing chloride ion permeability.
Saves money—a lifetime concrete product
“Green” product that contributes points to LEED projects
It provides self-healing of cracks (up to 0.5 mm) over the service life of product.
Improves permeability: While an optimal W/C ratio is crucial in achieving the desired overall concrete performance, permeability is crucial for concrete durability: decreased permeability means increased durability. PENETRON™ ADMIX reduces shrinkage cracking and seals micro-cracks. It provides self-healing of cracks (up to 0.5 mm) over the service life of the structure/product. Finally, our admixture provides a 70% or more permeability reduction as per ACI guidelines for PRAH (permeability-reducing admixtures for hydrostatic conditions).
Mobile homes, also known as manufactured homes, have come a long way in terms of design, comfort, and functionality. Yet, one crucial aspect that often gets overlooked is skirting for mobile homes.

4. Explore Different Materials
From vinyl to concrete panels, there are various materials available for mobile home skirting. Consider the durability, longevity, and aesthetic appeal of each option before making a decision.
Vinyl Skirting: Vinyl skirting is a popular choice for mobile homes due to its affordability and ease of installation. It comes in a range of colors and styles to suit different preferences. However, while vinyl skirting is relatively low-maintenance, it may not offer the same level of longevity as other materials. Vinyl is also very flammable. When the fires went through Hawaii and California, the fire quickly burned through vinyl and wood skirting.
Concrete Panels (e.g., DURASKIRT™): Concrete panels, such as those offered by DURASKIRT™, are renowned for their durability and longevity. These panels provide robust protection for the underfloor area of your mobile home, shielding it from pests, weather elements, and wear and tear. It also does not burn. Additionally, concrete skirting panels offer a sleek and modern aesthetic that can enhance the overall appearance of your home. While initially, they may require a higher investment, their longevity and low maintenance make them a cost-effective choice in the long run.
Metal Skirting: Metal skirting is another option to consider, offering strength and durability. It can withstand harsh weather conditions and provides reliable protection for your mobile home. Metal skirting is available in various finishes, including painted or textured options, allowing you to customize the look to match your home’s exterior. However, metal skirting may be susceptible to dents and scratches over time.
Wood Skirting: Wood skirting can add a rustic charm to your mobile home, but it may require more maintenance compared to other materials. Properly treated and sealed wood skirting can offer decent durability, but it may be prone to rot, warping, and insect damage if not adequately maintained. Additionally, wood skirting may not provide as much protection against pests and weather elements as other materials. We had one homeowner who was replacing their wood skirting. Their old wood skirting had allowed water to absorb into the wood and then into the house causing about $40,000 worth of damage to their home.
Faux Stone or Brick Panels: Faux stone or brick panels offer a classic and elegant aesthetic for mobile home skirting. These panels mimic the look of natural stone or brick but are lightweight and easy to install. They provide decent durability and can withstand various weather conditions. However, faux panels may not offer the same level of protection as concrete panels and may require occasional cleaning to maintain their appearance.
When exploring different materials for mobile home skirting, it’s essential to consider factors such as durability, longevity, maintenance requirements, and aesthetic appeal. By weighing these factors carefully, you can choose the option that best suits your needs and budget, ensuring a functional and visually appealing skirting solution for your mobile home.
5. DIY vs. Professional Installation
While some homeowners opt for DIY installation, others prefer professional help. Consider your skill level, time, and budget when deciding between DIY and professional installation.
DIY Installation: Opting for a do-it-yourself (DIY) installation of mobile home skirting can be a cost-effective choice for homeowners who are handy and have the necessary tools and skills. DIY installation allows you to save on labor costs and gives you greater control over the project timeline. However, it’s essential to consider your skill level and experience with construction projects before embarking on a DIY skirting installation. While some aspects of skirting installation, such as measuring and cutting panels, may be relatively straightforward, other tasks, such as leveling the ground and ensuring proper ventilation, may require more expertise. Additionally, DIY installation may take longer to complete, especially if you encounter challenges or setbacks along the way.
Professional Installation: Hiring professionals for mobile home skirting installation can offer several advantages, particularly for homeowners who lack the necessary skills, tools, or time to tackle the project themselves. Professional installers have the expertise and experience to ensure that the skirting is installed correctly, efficiently, and according to local building codes and regulations. They can also help you navigate any challenges or complexities that may arise during the installation process, ensuring a seamless and high-quality result. While professional installation may involve additional costs compared to DIY, it can provide peace of mind knowing that the job is being handled by skilled professionals. Additionally, professional installers may offer warranties or guarantees on their work, providing added protection and assurance for homeowners.
When deciding between DIY and professional installation for mobile home skirting, consider factors such as your skill level, available time, budget, and the complexity of the project. While DIY installation can offer cost savings and a sense of accomplishment, professional installation ensures expertise, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. Ultimately, choose the option that best aligns with your preferences, resources, and priorities, ensuring a successful and satisfactory outcome for your mobile home skirting project.
6. Understand Permit Requirements
Familiarize yourself with local building codes and permit requirements for mobile home skirting installation. Compliance with regulations ensures safety and structural integrity. In fact, in the last few years, many municipalities are restricting the types of materials that can be used for mobile home underpinning to protect homeowners. Materials, especially wood, are being prohibited due to the damage they can eventually cause to the home.
In conclusion, mobile home skirting is a vital component of maintaining and enhancing the appearance, stability, and energy efficiency of your home. As one customer put it, “It’s DURASKIRT™ and done.”
House skirting products have a tough job.
They need to beat the elements, keep critters out, and uphold a home’s curb appeal. A lot of house skirting products don’t seem to last, such as wood or vinyl skirting. In areas that receive a lot of rainfall or frequent intense weather, wood skirting absorbs the water and can cause the house structure to get wet as well and cause the house to rot or build up mold. If the structure of the house develops rot or mold, this can be a $40,000 home repair or mold remediation fee. Other products also tend to last 10 to 15 years.
DURASKIRT™ lasts longer. Our mobile home skirting kits have galvanized reinforcement and strong concrete that can withstand the elements and last. Our DURASKIRT™ mobile home skirting kits are great to use in both hot and cold climates due to the concrete being a good insulator.
DURASKIRT™ can do that job.
That being said, there are areas when extra precaution is needed. If the soil in your area contains high acidity, you’ll need to coat the cement to protect it better, since cement and acidity don’t get along. A layer of tar works really well for this application and will help the house skirting remain durable and long-lasting. We also recommend adding a layer of gravel down before installing the house skirting.
It’s not just about the product. It’s also about the service.
Aside from the quality of DURASKIRT™ house skirting, our company also offers excellent customer service. When a customer receives their kit, they’ll also be given

Whether you’re outfitting a brand-new manufactured home or giving an older model a facelift, the correct installation of mobile home skirting is crucial for enhancing both the aesthetic appeal and the structural integrity of your home. This guide is designed to walk DIY enthusiasts through the essential considerations and effective strategies to ensure a successful and durable mobile home skirting installation.
Understanding the Basics of Mobile Home Skirting Installation
Mobile home skirting serves multiple crucial functions—it acts as a visual barrier, protects the undercarriage of your home from animals and debris, and significantly improves the insulation of your home. Properly installed skirting helps regulate airflow under the home, which is particularly important in maintaining temperature consistency and can lead to significant energy savings in varying climates.
According to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), ensuring that skirting is well-ventilated and maintains the necessary clearances to prevent moisture buildup is essential for the longevity of your home. HUD mandates that skirting materials should be durable, fire-resistant, and appropriate for the climate in which the home is located, with specific requirements for the size and spacing of ventilation openings to prevent moisture-related deterioration and energy inefficiency.
Statistical Insight on Skirting Benefits
Statistical data underscore the importance of effective skirting. Research indicates that properly installed skirting can reduce heating costs by up to 22%, as it minimizes unnecessary airflow that can lead to heat loss. Furthermore, about 15% of mobile homes experience under-home moisture issues that can be mitigated with correct skirting practices, showcasing the dual benefits of structural protection and energy efficiency.
Choosing the Right Materials
When selecting skirting materials, consider the following options:
Vinyl: Known for its cost-effectiveness and ease of installation, vinyl is a popular choice among homeowners. It is available in a variety of colors and textures, making it easy to match your home’s exterior. However, vinyl may become brittle and prone to cracking in extreme temperatures, which could require more frequent replacements in regions with severe weather conditions.Simply put, it’s not very durable.
Metal: Metal skirting, typically made from aluminum or steel, offers better durability and better fire resistance, though still not as durable as concrete. It stands up well against harsh conditions and can provide a sleek, modern look to your home’s exterior. The main considerations with metal are its potential to dent and the need for proper treatment to prevent rust in humid climates. Also, it does not provide as great an insulating effect as concrete.
Concrete Panels (e.g., DURASKIRT™): These provide the best in durability and insulation, meet rigorous HUD standards, and are excellent for all climates but come at a higher cost. Concrete skirting is highly resistant to weather-related damage, including warping, rotting, and pest infestations, making it a long-lasting investment.
Choosing the right materials is critical. We’ve had homeowners literally crying because when they were replacing their old vinyl or wood skirting after just a few years, they found rot in their homes which ended up costing them an additional $40,000 to repair.
Addressing Weather Concerns in Skirting Installation
Weather conditions play a pivotal role in the selection and installation of mobile home skirting. Different materials react differently to environmental stresses, and choosing the right type can significantly extend the lifespan of your skirting.
Hot Climates: In hot and dry regions, skirting materials need to withstand intense sun exposure without degrading. Light-colored vinyl or specially coated metal can help reflect sunlight and reduce heat absorption, which helps maintain cooler under-home conditions.
Cold Climates: In areas with cold winters, insulated skirting options such as foam-backed vinyl or concrete skirting can help keep the area under the home warmer, which prevents pipes from freezing and reduces heating costs.
Wet Climates: For homes in wet or flood-prone areas, skirting that offers excellent water resistance and allows for proper drainage is crucial. Elevated homes may benefit from adjustable skirting solutions that can be modified for better water runoff.
Insulation of mobile homes, especially underneath is important, but your home may not have the needed insulation. We’ve found that in the north, the older homes were made with little insulation under the home. For all these climates, DURASKIRT™ concrete skirting is specially formulated for resistance to rain and humidity as well as providing excellent insulation.
Preparing Your Site Properly
Effective preparation is crucial before starting your installation:
Inspect and Repair: Check the rim joist and other structural elements for damage. Repairs are necessary to provide a stable base for the skirting.
Level the Ground: Ensure that the ground around your home’s perimeter is even to avoid installation issues and ensure structural stability.
Ensure Accessibility: Keep enough space around your home clear to facilitate the easy movement of materials and installation work.
DIY Challenges and Practical Solutions
Labor & Material Portion
DIY skirting installation can present several challenges, particularly for those who are new to home improvements, due to a combination of factors related to skills, tools, material handling, and the precision required. Here are some of the main reasons why DIYers might find this project challenging:
Complexity of Task: Skirting a mobile home involves multiple steps that must be executed in the correct order and with precision. These include measuring accurately, cutting materials to the right size, ensuring level installation across potentially uneven ground, and securing the skirting effectively. Each of these steps requires a good understanding of basic construction principles, which might be daunting for beginners.
Tools and Equipment: Proper installation of skirting requires specific tools such as levels, saws, drills, and possibly more specialized equipment depending on the material used (e.g., heavy-duty cutters for metal or concrete). New DIYers might not have immediate access to these tools or the experience to use them safely and effectively.
Material Selection: Choosing the right type of skirting material to meet both aesthetic desires and practical needs can be complex. Factors to consider include durability, maintenance, insulation properties, and compliance with local building codes. Misjudgments in material selection can lead to premature wear, inadequate protection, or compliance issues.
Physical Labor: Installing skirting involves significant physical effort, including digging, lifting heavy panels, and lots of bending and kneeling. This can be physically demanding, especially for those who may not be accustomed to such labor-intensive activities.
Other Issues
Unexpected Issues: If you are removing old vinyl, wood, or metal skirting which didn’t properly protect your home, you may find mold, rot, or pests which cause additional issues to address. We had one crew that was replacing wood skirting and insulation. While they were pulling the old insulation, a possum dropped on one of the crew member’s chest. He ran out of there so quickly, screaming! He called the animal Dracula because of how it tried to bite him.
We had one crew that was replacing wood skirting and insulation. While they were pulling the old insulation, a possum dropped on one of the crew member’s chest. He ran out of there so quickly, screaming! He called the animal Dracula because of how it tried to bite him.
Weather Conditions: The process can be affected by external conditions such as wind, rain, or extreme temperatures, which can hinder the installation process or affect the curing and settling of materials like concrete.
Regulatory Compliance: Understanding and adhering to local building codes and HUD standards (for the U.S.) can be challenging. These regulations might dictate specifics about ventilation, material types, and installation methods, which if not followed, could lead to fines or the need to redo the work.
Problem-Solving Skills: Unexpected issues often arise during home improvement projects. For instance, the ground may not be as level as initially thought, or existing damage to the home’s structure could require additional repairs before proceeding. Effective problem-solving and adaptability are crucial, skills that typically improve with experience.
These factors combined make DIY mobile home skirting installation a challenging project, particularly for those new to DIY tasks. It requires a balanced mix of practical skills, physical labor, and attention to detail, all of which are developed through experience and education in home improvement projects.
Step-by-Step Guide to DIY Mobile Home Skirting Installation

I believe, I am not the only one asking this question. Lately, we have been seeing outpourings of repentance. Moreover, it seems like these outpourings are signs of a “Revival Pregnancy” exists. If you allow me, I would liken outpourings of repentance of sin to Braxton Hicks contractions. Surely, they’re a sign that our spirits are experiencing a Revival Pregnancy.
To add, the Greek word for repentance is metanoia. To be sure, metanoia means to think differently, so much so that your mind changes to God’s perspective which brings salvation for a sinner who yields to it. Please, if you will, let me go a step further to say that for revival to happen our perspective to change to reflect the first 70 that were sent out two by two. As revealed by reading Acts 10: 17 NKJV:
The Seventy Return with Joy
17 Then the [e]seventy returned with joy, saying, “Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name.”
Like past revivals, they began with outpourings that eventually gave birth to a full-blown renewal. Certainly, renewals all have the same look and feel. Undoubtably, renewals not only have many repenting from sins, but they are followed by signs and wonders. Mark 16:17-18 NKJV, “And thesesigns will follow those who[a]believe:In My name they will cast out demons;they will speak with new tongues;18 they[b]will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them;they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover.”
My second question is, what will it take for an outpouring to go from repentance to demonstrating signs and wonders?
For me, I sat down pondering this question this very morning, 6/2/2024. Incidentally, the day after Pride month began. And, as a side note, our island community had a Pride Day scheduled yesterday at a very visible park where we reside in Washington State. We knew this because of leaving the island to go to a baseball game to watch our grandson play. As we left our island, we saw the signage and small tents being set up. Then about an hour later we heard and saw fire and aide vehicles heading out toward the island. This is never a good sound.
It was then, after the game was over, that we found ourselves and others banned from our island homes. (Note: this is a very rare occurrence, twice in almost twenty years when access was fully denied for hours.) Then, almost like this was not enough, rain began to come down as well. We then learned that four cars were involved and people were airlifted. Still, we are waiting to hear if everyone involved in the accident are going to be okay. Still praying. The reason I mentioned this is that my heart is breaking.
Why is my heart breaking?
What is “Revival” waiting for? “US” America!
My heart breaks because why aren’t we having a Revival Day? Why do we allow the enemy to have the parade or a day? What is revival waiting for? So this was my morning today as I pondered and cried out to the Lord. It was, sitting in His presence, that I was given the reason revival has not fully begun this morning. Hopefully, I am not the only person getting this answer or posing the same question to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As revealed by my prayers, the Holy Spirit spoke a gentle word to me. It was, “revival is waiting for a spiritual repentance.”
“Spiritual Repentance”
Spiritual repentance or spiritual renewal is vital to transport an outpouring into revival. Clearly, we must repent of our unbelief before God will allow a revival or renewal to be birthed. So, what does spiritual repentance look like? Of course, I asked this question, “what is spiritual repentance?”
For me, spiritual repentance is asking forgiveness for my unbelief and letting the Holy Ghost reform my thinking. Yes, a complete reformation and change from wordly thoughts and ideas to spiritual truth. For instance, “do I really believe in Jesus?” Do I take Jesus at His word(s)? To not, does it mean that I call Jesus a liar? Even though, I thank Him for His patience. For one thing, I know from many testimonies His patience has limitations. How so? You might ask.
“do I really believe in Jesus?” Do I take Jesus at His word(s)?
So far, I have met two people in the past couple of years when the Holy Spirit was the evangelist. Indeed, the Holy Ghost led them to Jesus and both became ministers of the gospel. However, I do believe that a full revival is eminent. Most assuredly, it is coming sooner than later. In my opinion, the spark is being kindled as I write this blog. So what is He waiting for? Us.
Additionally, for me, I had a dream more than 8 years ago where the Holy Spirit said He was going to use me to call America to revival. The word He told me was to shout, “Arise!” Incidentally, the first letters of USA are “US.” And, A stands for America. Therefore, He is waiting for “US” America, moreover and United, US.
He is waiting for “US” America. Arise USA! Arise!
Now, back to this spiritual repentance. I must repent of my spiritual unbelief. Like the constitution of the United States, so eloquently says, “I hold these truths to be self-evident.” Do I likewise allow the truths of the gospel to be evidenced in me? In reality, am I experiencing a Mark 16:17-18 to follow my walk with Jesus? Some today are agnostic, meaning they don’t believe these signs are for today and Jesus was not speaking to our generation when He said in John 14:12-14 NKJV, 12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may beglorified in the Son.14 If you[a]ask anything in My name, I will do it.”
Like all previous Revivals, God is waiting on US. And, as it happens, He is waiting for our belief to align with His son. An example is, the soldier in the Gospel of Luke. More precisely, Luke 7:1-10 NKJV “Now when He concluded all His sayings in the hearing of the people, He entered Capernaum. 2 And a certain centurion’s servant, who was dear to him, was sick and ready to die. 3 So when he heard about Jesus, he sent elders of the Jews to Him, pleading with Him to come and heal his servant. 4 And when they came to Jesus, they begged Him earnestly, saying that the one for whom He should do this was deserving, 5 “for he loves our nation, and has built us a synagogue.”
An example is, the soldier in the Gospel of Luke.
6 Then Jesus went with them. And when He was already not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to Him, saying to Him, “Lord, do not trouble Yourself, for I am not worthy that You should enter under my roof. 7 Therefore, I did not even think myself worthy to come to You. But say the word, and my servant will be healed. 8 For I also am a man placed under authority, having soldiers under me. And I say to one, ‘Go,’ and he goes; and to another, ‘Come,’ and he comes; and to my servant, ‘Do this,’ and he does it.”
9 When Jesus heard these things, He marveled at him, and turned around and said to the crowd that followed Him, “I say to you, I have not found such great faith, not even in Israel!”10 And those who were sent, returning to the house, found the servant well [a]who had been sick.
This shows that Revival came to the soldiers’ servant through his demonstration of belief.
In Conclusion: I wouldn’t be honest if I didn’t say I need to repent from my unbelief because if my desire is revival I need to walk in revival. A Godly revival. I need to see signs and wonders follow me. And, not just seeing it follow a traveling evangelist. In me…yes, use me Jesus! Arise in me!
If this also is your prayer, please let me know. And, as always, if you want to know Jesus you can pray the following prayer:
A Plan for Redemption
If you are like me and need to examine yourself. See what is allowing to take up your time. Now making an effort asking God to show you what needs to be removed. Moreover, what needs to be added. You can begin by saying this simple prayer…..
Jesus,
I am a sinner. I’ve done a lot that is wrong or evil. Furthermore, I cannot do anything good in my own power. I need your love and forgiveness. Lord, I am sorry for all the sin that I have committed in my life, and that I know I will commit in the future. I want to live my life for You, doing what is right, and pleasing to You. I need a Savior, because I can never pay the debt that my sin has incurred. Jesus, thank you for dying on the cross, and shedding your blood to pay the price for my sin. I accept that You did this for me, and I ask that You extend Your eternal grace to me. Lord, please transform my heart and my life in Your image, write my name in the Lamb’s Book of Life, and fill me with the Holy Spirit. I praise You for Your love, Your righteousness, and Your infinite mercy. Thank you for saving my soul.
Today, I desire to go all in with you, Jesus. I want that set-apart life that leads me to wholeness and real happiness. I desire peace beyond understanding as your word promises.
In the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior,
Amen.
Now, for the sake of Revival, repent of your unbelief.
Now that you received Jesus and placed your faith in him, it’s time to know that He has given you His authority. You are a son or daughter of the most high God! Begin using words that build yourself and others up.
