Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. Sale items are non-refundable (read below).
Full Returns:
To be eligible for a full return, your item(s) MUST NOT have been placed in the freight carrier’s hands. If, already picked up by freight carrier, then the following apply:
- The deposits or payments are non-refundable, and must be used on products or services sold by or rendered by DURASKIRT, LLC within a six-month period, but may be extended by DURASKIRT, LLC with prior approval. Your deposit represents your approval of the invoice.
Regarding DURASKIRT™, DURASHEDSKIRT™ or SDG™ products:
- Buyer may not return any goods without seller’s written consent (no refusal of shipment without our prior written consent). Freight fees are non-refundable. All returns are subject to a restocking fee/handling charge, which may change from time to time. Contact the seller to determine the exact amount. If the goods are specially ordered by the buyer and cannot be returned to the manufacturer, the seller shall have no obligation to accept the return of the goods, and the buyer shall remain liable for the entire purchase price of the goods and will be responsible for return costs.

Warranty Information:
If unsatisfied with performance, return the used container and receipt to DURASKIRT (Note: if provided in an SDG™, DURASHEDSKIRT™ or DURASKIRT™ kit there will be no refund), Technical Customer Service, PO BOX 97, MOUNT VERNON, WA 98273, for a replacement or refund. DURASKIRT is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Products with obvious signs of use
- Opened boxes or re-crated items.
- Any item not in its original condition, in original protective packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will sent by check, within 5-10 business days. Mail can take up to an extra 5 days for delivery.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund check yet after 30 days, call our accounting department.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
No exchanges or partial returns
Our kits come with extra panels and parts for your convince at no extra cost. Therefore, we do not accept returns for partial returns or exchanges. Once we have shipped the products out, or it leaves our loading doc, it is considered yours.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
