This form helps us to determine the exact details so we can properly determine skirting height needs using (24″ PRO30G, 30″ PRO30G, or 37″ PRO37G), length and width of the home, crawlspace door(s) or well(s), flood plain venting, delivery address, or hand access (for water-shut-off).
